Hinrichs Medico-Legal Consulting is co-owned by Dr. Mark P. Hinrichs Board Certified in Internal Medicine. Dr. M.P. Hinrichs brings over 30 years of internal medicine experience ranging from inpatient hospital to ambulatory clinic care. He has held many department leadership positions, chief of medical staff multiple times and served several years as a medical director.
Michelle has over 19 years of bedside nursing experience in various specialties such as medical, surgical, pediatric, long term care/assisted living, ambulatory clinic, along with holding several leadership positions such as chief nursing officer, various nursing administration, quality/performance improvement, risk management, and medical staff peer review.
My associates and I bring a plethora of combined “real bedside nursing” clinical experience and expertise giving the legal entity the cutting edge. Additionally, our experience in nursing administration, policy and procedure, The Joint Commission accreditation and Center’s for Medicare and Medicaid rules and regulations provides a strong platform to any case scenario.
As CLNC consultants, we have specialized training, allowing my associates and I to work with attorneys. Additionally, I have previous work experience with corporate attorneys related to medical and nursing staff quality of care issues and preparing charts for medical-legal reviews.
As a member of the National Alliance of Certified Legal Nurse Consultants (NACLNC), I have instant access to over 6,000 CLNC's who can assist with various tasks (testifying, nursing issues) and help locating reputable physicians to give expert opinions or testify on medical issues.
